OK, hey guys. I'm here going to lift. We lift three times a week, so Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. So we walk in and each team has their own cubby for their workout for the day. Our cubby's right here. So after we get our sheets, we come in, we do a quick warm-up. We do plows and mows, and then after, we get to our lifting. This is the workout stations. So down here, we have our rollers. They really help you with rolling out when you're sore. Down here are ladders. We do it with our warm-ups. We do hip reductions, and we hop over them. So this is coach Bob. This is his first year in the program. Hello. How we doing? How's it going so far your first year? Very well, very well. All the kids are great. We're working hard, getting better. My favorite thing to do here is seeing how everyone improves with their weights over time. It's really fun to compete with your teammates, and she who the best record in certain workouts at the end of the season. How's it feel like your team doing? Fantastic. So far so good.
